Registration fees
All congress delegates must register in advance of the congress. Invited speakers will receive a dedicated communication regarding their registration procedure. All available registration fees for delegates are shown hereafter.

The full registration and young registration fees include:
- entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, posters sessions, exhibition and industry-sponsored workshops;
- possibility to submit abstracts;
- congress information package;
- certificate of attendance
- coffee and tea service during intermissions;
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party (Sunday 15 May 2011);
- Closing Ceremony and Farewell Istanbul Party (Thursday 19 May 2011);
- Berlin public transportation ticket valid from 15 to 19 May 2011.
The day registration fee includes, for the day of registration only:
- entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, posters sessions, exhibition and industry-sponsored workshops;
- possibility to submit abstracts;
- congress information package;
- certificate of attendance
- coffee and tea service during intermissions.
The accompanying person fee includes:
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party (Sunday 15 May 2011);
- Closing Ceremony and Farewell Istanbul Party (Thursday 19 May 2011);
- Berlin public transportation ticket;
- half-day tour – please visit the section on tours and indicate your choice when you register;
- Berlin public transportation ticket valid from 15 to 19 May 2011.
Remittance
All fees must be paid in Euro. Registration fees shall be paid by CREDIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER:

If paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent by fax (+39 02 6686699).
Registration without proof of payment cannot be accepted.
On site registrations must be paid by credit card or cash only. Cheques will not be accepted.
The Organizing Secretariat will send confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment by e-mail: be sure your e-mail address is filled in clearly and correctly.
Because only those registered for the congress will be allowed to attend the scientific session, the
Organizing Secretariat kindly request that participants show proof of payment when checking in at the registration desk.
Personal invitation
To facilitate attendance to the congress a personal invitation letter can be sent on request. This invitation does not discharge one from registering and paying the proper congress fee. Please refer to the Organizing Secretariat for personal invitation.
Currency
Registration fees and charges for all the events related to IFCC-Worldlab-Euromedlab Berlin 2011 as well as hotel and travel cost must be paid in Euro.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Organizing Secretariat. The amount of 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 30 March 2011.
Until 30 April 2011 a refund of 50% of the fee will be provided.
After 30 April 2011 no refunds will be issued.
All refund will be provided in Euro after the congress.
Cancellation of the congress
The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change the dates
without notice, in case of force majeure.
Neither MZ Congressi nor the Organizing Committee shall be liable for any damage claims.
