Registration fees

All congress delegates must register in advance of the congress. Invited speakers will receive a dedicated communication regarding their registration procedure. All available registration fees for delegates are shown hereafter.

Remittance

All fees must be paid in Euro. Registration fees shall be paid by CREDIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER:

If paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent by fax (+39 02 6686699).
Registration without proof of payment cannot be accepted.

On site registrations must be paid by credit card or cash only. Cheques will not be accepted.

The Organizing Secretariat will send confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment by e-mail: be sure your e-mail address is filled in clearly and correctly.

Because only those registered for the congress will be allowed to attend the scientific session, the
Organizing Secretariat kindly request that participants show proof of payment when checking in at the registration desk.

Personal invitation

To facilitate attendance to the congress a personal invitation letter can be sent on request. This invitation does not discharge one from registering and paying the proper congress fee. Please refer to the Organizing Secretariat for personal invitation.

Currency

Registration fees and charges for all the events related to IFCC-Worldlab-Euromedlab Berlin 2011 as well as hotel and travel cost must be paid in Euro.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Organizing Secretariat. The amount of 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 30 March 2011.
Until 30 April 2011 a refund of 50% of the fee will be provided.
After 30 April 2011 no refunds will be issued.
All refund will be provided in Euro after the congress.

Cancellation of the congress

The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change the dates
without notice, in case of force majeure.
Neither MZ Congressi nor the Organizing Committee shall be liable for any damage claims.
